A Syrup Storage & Mixing Tank manufactured in Stainless Steel SS304 or SS316 is specially designed for preparation, blending, heating, cooling, and hygienic storage of sugar syrups, flavored syrups, glucose solutions, pharmaceutical syrups, herbal syrups, fruit concentrates, and beverage bases. These tanks are widely used in food processing, beverage plants, pharmaceutical industries, confectionery manufacturing, and chemical processing units.

SYRUP STORAGE & MIXING TANK (SS304 / SS316) – POINTS WISE DESCRIPTION

  1. Purpose: Used for preparation, mixing, heating, and hygienic storage of sugar syrup, glucose syrup, flavored syrup, and pharmaceutical liquid syrups.

  2. Material of Construction: Made from high-quality Stainless Steel SS304 (food grade) or SS316 (pharma grade & higher corrosion resistance).

  3. Capacity Range: Available from 100 Liters to 50 KL or customized as per client requirement.

  4. Design Type: Vertical cylindrical design is most common; horizontal models also available for space-saving layouts.

  5. Top Construction: Open type with lid, flat top, or dished top with manhole.

  6. Bottom Construction: Conical bottom for complete drainage, dish end, or flat bottom depending on application.
