6. Detailed Working Principle
The cosmetic mixing vessel operates on mechanical agitation combined with thermal control. The agitator rotates at variable speeds, creating both radial and axial flow inside the tank, ensuring uniform mixing.For emulsions (e.g., cream/lotion), a high-shear homogenizer breaks down oil and water phases into fine droplets, creating a stable emulsion.Heating via steam/electrical elements melts solid ingredients, while cooling locks in texture and viscosity.Scrapers on the anchor agitator prevent sticking on vessel walls and improve heat transfer efficiency.
